Sunday, your box will ship between 8-10 days

Monday, your box will ship between 7 and 9 days

Tuesday, your box will ship between 6 and 8 days

Wednesday, your box will ship between 5 and 7 days

Thursday, your box will ship between 4 and 6 days

Friday, your box will ship between 3 and 5 days

Saturday (before midnight), your box will ship between 2 and 4 days

When one of our fruits is not currently in season, or has sold out, we highly recommend placing Pre-Orders. Placing a Pre-Order of our rare and premium tropical fruits reserves your Box for the following season. When supply is low and demand is high, Pre-Orders are shipped first. Pre-Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received for each type of fruit. Your Pre-Order is shipped as soon as the fruits are in season and ready to be picked. Some fruits have only one season per year, others have multiple seasons.  Please refer to our Fruit Seasons Guide for more information. You don’t want to miss out on these delicious and sensational fruits!

We can only ship non-perishable goods to a PO Box.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your Order Tracking Number.  Your confirmation email is sent after your initial purchase and does not include tracking information.

Yes, by contacting us here with your Order # and address and request that your order be shipped despite providing an unverified address for delivery.  However, we are not responsible for lost packages that are shipped to unverified addresses.

California: We ship Black Sapote, Bananas, Dragon Fruit, Jackfruit and Passion fruit.

Texas: We ship All products except Citrus.

Most of our fruit is organic.  Some fruits are grown organically, but are not certified organic.  This is because niche growers, who are not farming commercially, grow a lot of our rare fruits.  All fruits we grow, and all fruit orchards we own or manage are 100% organically and sustainably grown. 

To select a specific shipping date for your order, you will need to submit your order at least 3 weeks in advance.  Include a detailed note with your order indicating the date you would like the order shipped.  Based on your order and availability at that time, we will do our best to meet your request.

No.  Overnight shipping applies to the actual shipping, once your fruit has been picked, packed and prepared for shipping.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process and prepare your order.  The overnight shipping is necessary so that fruits that are picked ripe and packed immediately are delivered to you at the optimum time.
