1. Orders are not shipped immediately upon purchase. All orders are packaged and shipped between Monday and Wednesday of the week following your purchase.
  2. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a copy of your order details and order number. Once we have packaged and shipped your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation number with a tracking number.
  3. All orders placed throughout the week (between Monday and Midnight Saturday) will be shipped out between Monday and Wednesday of the following week. Orders placed on Sunday (or after Midnight Saturday) will not ship that following week, but will be sent Monday-Wednesday of the next week. Below is an example of the shipping schedule.

    Lost or damaged package?

    • Damaged or open box. (You must provide a photograph of any damage within 24 hours of receiving your package). Send images, contact information, Order number & Tracking Number, to : Contact@fruitpeople.com 
    • Delay
    • Package delivered to wrong address. (You must confirm the shipping address that was submitted at checkout.  We are not responsible for packages shipped to invalid or incorrect addresses.)
    • Tracking status says pending in transit for protracted period of time.
    • Tracking status indicates package has been delivered; however, you have not received your package. [We will promptly submit a claim with any of our carriers pertaining to any orders that lost, or damaged during shipping.]
